We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise FREE, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized or custom made items.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

• Star50 will pay all UPS return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us.
• You can return unused items sold by Star50 for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
• Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Star50 has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. This can take up to seven business days to process your return from the date we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Online:

• To initiate an exchange online please click here. Fill out the return form and select 'Please issue me an Star50 Gift Certificate by email'.
• Once your return item(s) has been received by us you will be issued an in-store credit in the form of an Star50 Gift Certificate for the full value of the merchandise on your order.

By Phone:

• Simply call us at 303-399-6607 for assistance exchanging your item.

Pre-orders: 

• All Pre-orders are set by Star50
• To initiate a pre-order, you must purchase and proceed through checkout, at which time, you will be issued a receipt with a proposed production schedule and delivery date,
• The receipt will issue you your hold on your said purchase.
• Star50 retains the right to change or alter these schedules according to unforeseen circumstances i.e. shipping, overseas price fluctuations, and general in-house discrepancies. 
• Star50 in no way guarantees that all proposed designs will be completed in a timely manner. We retain the rights to determine overall design, production schedule and delivery
• If Star50 does not continue with its proposed production schedule, you will be immediately notified of any change via email
• You will then have the opportunity to apply your pre-order amount to any in house stocked product and pay the remainder at such time or
• You can place your pre-order hold on any other future design within the collection or
• You will be refunded your money within 3 business days in the form of a Star50 Gift Card or a direct credit to your credit card.
